These days, a Lesser kestrel-focused rehabilitation guide is out of print!

The guide, issued within the framework of the "Life for Lesser kestrel" LIFE19 NAT/BG/001017 project, implemented by Green Balkans, with the financial support of the LIFE program of the EU, aims to provide basic information on the principles of first aid, treatment, prevention, as well as some guidance in identifying individual species of falcons and hawks.

And, the emphasis in the publication is not for nothing the Lesser kestrel, for which return to the nature of Bulgaria the organization has been working for more than seven years.

The manual is to be distributed at meetings organized within the project with volunteers, current and future veterinary specialists, as well as representatives of various institutions that have a direct relation to working with the species.

For the greater convenience and all, we have uploaded the electronic version of the handbook to the project site. Thus, anyone who wishes can find it HERE.

We would like to thank Dr Rusko Petrov and Dr Stefka Dimitrova from the Rescue Center of Green Balkans, as well as all the volunteers who helped the publication "see the light of day".
