The practical training at the universities may be temporarily suspended, but at the Wildlife Rehabilitation and Breeding Centre, the future specialists continue to be trained in the subtleties of the veterinary medical profession when working with animals.
These days our interns, students at the Trakia University, part of the 'Student Internships - Phase 2' project of the MES, funded by the Operational Program 'Science and Education for Smart Growth', co-financed by the European Social Fund were the right hand of the team of veterinarians, participants in the prophylactic and deworming activities of sheep and goats in the Sakar village of Levka.
The students not only observed but also got involved in the work of the doctors. And then they got acquainted with the activities of the project 'Life for Lesser Kestrel' LIFE 19/NAT/BG/001017 and visited the Centre for Conservation Activities of the same project.
