During the festival days, the project team told the visitors of the festival about the Lesser Kestrel, the work of the Green Balkans about the birds restoring after decades of absence in Bulgaria, as how we can all help ensure that animals never again go extinct from our nature.
As part of our presentation was also the "Living Exhibition". It represents life-size models and decorations of endangered species, among which is the hero of our story – the Lesser Kestrel. The exhibition is part of the "European Green Belt Days" initiative, which is to come very soon.
And, the children present at the festival, took with them a memory of the Lesser Kestrel - hand-dyed t-shirts with the face of the little falcon!
